From the recording The Many Deaths and Life of Frank Rhodes
Franklin Rodriguez - producer, mix, electric guitar, acoustic guitar
Edwin Camilo - bass
Abraham Bautista - electric guitar
Dan Konopka - drums, mix, master
This song is over ten years old. It was one of the very first songs I ever wrote. I remember that I wanted to write a very sad song. After over a decade, I came back to it. I knew that this would be the perfect ending for the album. After Edwin and Abraham did their thing, I spoke to Dan and told him to do the drums for it. I wanted a wall of electric guitars in this track. Have an epic ending. There is a reason why ADios is written this way. Feel free to contact me to get the answer.
Lyrics
Adonde voy
Y si voy
Ojalá
sea verde
Cuando vea el pastoral
Que mis ojos
Se vuelvan de crystal
El espacio
Que creas al vibrar
Ese mismo espacio
Que visitas
Allí quedas sola
Sola quedas,
porque es mas fácil
Soñar
Si nos traga la tierra
Al sentir esa caricia
Quizás soy
entre los imposibles
Como cae la noche
Silenciosa e indestructible
Mil vuelta da
y volveremos a ser libre
Ay Dios
Adios
A Dios
El cielo esta mejor
Entre los buitres
Mil vueltas dan
y volveremos a ser libre
Ay Dios
Adios
A Dios
Voy por donde me lleves.
Junto a mi cruda realidad,
Y me quedo con todo y contigo
Hasta que llegue donde tenga que llegar
