I wrote this song on January 15, 2022. I was at work, and I didn't have my guitar, so I made the most of my time and wrote a poem. Then on my lunch break, I opened up Ableton and created a chord progression. At the time, I was listening to Neil Young's Harvest Moon, and I saw that live performance (the one using the broom as a percussive instrument), and it got the gears rolling. I quickly got home and leaned towards that vibe. I got in touch with Juan, and I sent him the Harvest Moon track and told him to go in this direction on the drums. Abraham and Edwin worked on the guitars and bass, respectively. I remember that this song got me thinking about going for an album instead of an EP or a single.
