This song is about eight years old. I wrote it on guitar and took an approach that sounds nothing like it currently is. It initially sounded like a singer-songwriter, guitar, campfire song. Then in the summer of 2020, I listened to it again, and I was listening to a lot of Prince during that time, So I went for that 80's Prince vibe. I experimented with synthesizers and sequencers for this song. And with the fantastic help of Abraham, Edwin, and Juan, they made my vision come true... remotely. I was getting the hang of producing this song. On December 1, 2021, I released it as a single.
Lyrics
Sencillamente un te quiero
puede mover el suelo
apartar la incertidumbre
y alimentar nuestro amor
Porque estas tan lejos
no ves que me desespero
quisiera verte en nuestro nido
por fin tenerte entre mis brazos
cántame mi canción
la que vivimos tu y yo
la rima de tus labios
junto a los míos
ven y cántame mi canción
y volveremos a nuestro ritmo
hablaremos de nuestros sueños
y olvidar lo demás mas
por eso cántame mi canción
la que vivimos tu y yo
la rima de tus labios
junto a los míos
ven y cántame mi canción
y volveremos a nuestro ritmo
hablaremos de nuestros sueños
y olvidar lo demás mas
